Lake Shore DriveFall 2013 Critic: Kyoung Sun Moon Based on the existing land use analysis along the Chicago River, the program zoning of the tower is a mirroring image of the horizontal streetscape. While it is divided into three major function zones: office, hotel and residential, every 15 floor levels will insert a special public program as a mediator.
