Under Pressure

Fall 2011 Instructor: Eeva-Liisa Pelkonen The project explores the structural and formal potential of folding paper. By the selective choice of paper and folding techniques, it gives the material full range of adaptability under different strength of forces. While the more forces one apply to stretch it out, it transforms itself from clusters, canopy to carpet.
