Peabody Nature Science MuseumFall 2011 New Haven, CT Critic: Eeva-Liisa Pelkonen Inspired by the experience of excavation, this project is intended to activate the underused science hill by retreating it as a landscape of ruins composed by series of pavilions. The positioning of the pavilions are driven by the existing circulation and the potential new paths to connect the surrounding building of different departments of the university. A theatrical spatial sequence is designed to engage both individual and groups. | 1/16" scale model | 1/16" scale model |
